Near Death Experience By LER Is a story of one woman's account with her NDE and the phenomena that occurs around death points. I originally saw her interview with Channel 4 out of Milwaukee and was impressed with her straightforward and honest approach to her account. My mom is also reading this book. In the book, there is a reference to Orbs, which I have been trying to find more information about. She has some very interesting information on these. Another excellent resource regarding Orbs is Sandra Underwood's book: Orbs, Lightwaves, and Cosmic Consciousness: Interacting with Beings from Another Dimension.Both books offer a similar description of Orbs and what their purpose may be.We are enjoying Jennifur's story as it is written for the layperson and she shares her experiences in a relateable manner that the average person can identify with. Does a good job with explaining what can occur around an exit point of life. Definitely recommended as an authentic story for NDE and would make a good resource for those who have lost a loved one, those facing loss or for hospice workers as to what a person may experience while in transition.For those who don't know, "psychic" abilities are common aftereffect for those with NDE's. After much research, including from IANDS (International Association for Near Death Studies), it appears that once someone has entered a death state and returns, that certain functions which exist for a person in a non-physical form may remain. (such as being able to communicate with the mind, or pick up what someone is feeling, etc.). This appears to be a natural way of communication once someone loses their body.

Deason Does not contain what I expected a story of a NDE would be, mostly ramblings of what her life was like before and what led up to her accident and some thing that happened after, not much very much of what the NDE was like or how it has affected her since or what she was done with it. If you want a really good read about what a NDE is, than start with "Saved by the Light" and others. Leave this off your shopping list, unless you have money to throw away.
