By Rose Lintz So let me say, this is a book meant for mature audiences as it does contain some scenes in it that help a vivid imagination become rather....steamy (to say the least. The shower season? YESSSS!!). That being said, in this book you follow two rock stars/ vampires that have decided to try out the settling down part. You have a rather annoying manager who also tags along in some of it and you will learn, she IS annoying(as a character she's meant to be so great job on nailing her down!). You see the different aspects of the story play out somewhat from multiple views by what characters are saying but it is mainly Luke you are following around. He's the vampire who tries to keep a pure heart and you sort of fall in love with that vulnerable side to him even though he is a badass killing machine if he wanted to be. Morgan was a wrench thrown into his life that he sort of knew about actually and kept secret. Add in Vi( and her family) and you have yourself at an impasse as to what you think will happen and what does happen.All together, this book makes for a great read and leaves off to where another can start. The characters developed rather quickly so pay attention to them as you read along!!! When reading, things seem to happen one after another so be prepared for quick turns and hot scenes (did I mention the shower scene by chance?). If you are a newbie to this genre, it's a great start and if you are an "experienced" reader (hehe), you'll also enjoy it as it doesn't take long to build up with the adventures that this book contains (shower scene...now that's an adventure. Have I mentioned that yet? Oh right I have...). Any who, I hope other readers enjoy this author's work as much as I did and I look forward to reading her other work!!!All together

Loved it By Madelene88 Immortal Embrace features vampire rock stars (which is something you don't get often), who have been touring with their band State of Emergency and are now ready for a quieter life.I've read a few vampire novels before and I know that there are a lot of them around, but believe me when I say that this story is apart and unique from the others.The author brings everything to life through vivid scenes and characters with interesting personalities. It is a short read so everything builds up at a moderate pace. You will definitely be satisfied with these sexy and action-filled men.

I am not a big vampire fan, I have never seen any of the Twilight movies. That being said, this book kept my attention and I had a hard time putting it down. I really liked how human she made the vampires seem. The story was amazing, she really knows how to tell a tale. Her portrayal of the vampires was so unique and descriptive, I felt like I was watching a movie. When I got to the end I kept looking for more. I know the next one in this series will be just as good if not better.
